CAPRA Update
Capranauts,
Yes, it's me, your favorite member of Capra. First of all, I want to thank each and every one of you for your incomparable support over the last few years while we have been working our hardest to make the best album we can and sticking with us through this exciting time. For those of you that have been able to make it to our live shows, I hope you have all had as much fun as we have. You are all a huge part of our lives and we feel that you should know every bit of what is going on in Capraland.... the good, the bad, the ugly, the twisted, and the "oh my god, I can't believe Paul just did that"'s..... After 6 years of being in this band, sharing some unbelievable times, and creating some truly kick ass music, Kelly has decided to leave the band. As any artist can tell you, this business and lifestyle is incredibly difficult. It takes 100% of your heart and soul to stick with it and be able to enjoy the art that has been created, and the passion that is able to be shared with everyone that is touched by it. In this case, Kelly's heart and true belief wasn't with this band or this record. Therefore, he has decided that his life's journey will follow a different path. Whatever it may be, we wish him nothing but happiness and success. As for the rest of us, we will continue doing what we love and believe in more than anything else in this world...... this band, this record, continuing to create great music together, and spreading the CAPRAlove throughout the universe. I know this is a bit shocking. It is very new to us as well. We will never let you guys down and we can't thank you enough for your continued support. Our train keeps rollin'... next stop, The Starlight Bowl...... then the Nikka Costa tour....... after that..... well, I'm pretty sure it's finally getting this record out! We have a lot of exciting things planned in the near future that we can't wait to share with you guys. Again, thank you for being so amazing to us. We got nuthin but love fo ya...... See you real soon!
