It is awesome that the band members look at themselves as a team and know what works best to get the job done. Playing and working with their strengths, recognizing the occasional downturn and being able to creatively manuever around the obstacle at hand is proof that they will continue to succeed in whatever they choose to do as a band, and as individuals.
